hda was founded by Jens Hartmann, who holds a PhD in Computer Science and has a deep background in IT alongside a parallel career as a professional photographer. Jens has led and supported major enterprise-level projects across cybersecurity, digital transformation, and agile development, while also working hands-on with startups and creative ventures. His dual perspective as a developer and photographer allows him to unite logic with visual storytelling — making each project as functional as it is emotionally engaging.
Jens brings to hda a rare combination of structured thinking, visual sensitivity, and entrepreneurial mindset. This cross-disciplinary experience influences the agency's core philosophy: every website should not only work perfectly but also communicate clearly and leave a lasting impression.
